Room assignments are based upon availability in the main building at the time of check-in. Guests may be assigned rooms at 6755 Harding Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33141.

PARKING

Parking in Miami Beach can be difficult due to the popularity of the area. Most places are within walking distance. For longer trips, some of our guests use ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft.

Limited Self Parking:

The hotel has very limited self-parking at 7310 Harding Ave, Miami Beach. The fee is $15 per day plus tax. The spots cannot be reserved ahead of time and are subject to availability at the time of arrival on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is only a handful of spots and we encourage guests to seek alternative options.

Street Parking:

It's free to park on the street on Harding Ave and the area west of it. Always check for posted signs. Metered parking is available near Collins Ave with ParkMobile app

PACKAGES

We will gladly hold our guests’ shipped packages up to 7 days prior to their arrival. Guests will be charged $5.00 plus tax, per package, after the 5th package. Packages over 20 lbs will be subject to a $10.00 plus tax handling fee per package. We suggest that guests purchase package insurance because we will not be held liable for damaged or lost packages. Guests are responsible for claiming their package(s) at the time of check-in and each time they receive a delivery notification from the carrier. You can request packages from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM at the reception.

The Ancient Spanish Monastery of Saint Bernard de Clairvaux – 8.6 miles distance from property and approximate 3 hours time to walk or 24 minutes drive. Brought from Spain and reassembled by William Randolph Hearst in 1925, this is a popular wedding spot.
