Contacting the Front Desk: 

Package Handling: 

 All packages must be delivered to the Front Desk at 7310 Harding Ave. (ID required to retrieve packages). 

 Note: A package handling fee may apply. 

Hotel Policies: 

  • Non-Smoking Property: Waterside Hotel is a smoke-free establishment. A $250 cleaning fee and possible eviction may occur if smoking is detected in the room. 
  • Housekeeping: Full housekeeping service is provided after 3 days of stay. If you would like additional cleaning before this, please notify the Front Desk. 
  • Damaged Linens/Towels: Charges for damaged linens and towels will be deducted from the guest's security deposit. No exceptions. 
  • Pets Policy: Pets allowed for a $150 non-refundable fee.

Parking Information: 

  • On-Site Parking: Limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Use ParkMobile App (location number: 1633). 
  • Parking in Miami Beach: Parking can be challenging due to high demand. We recommend walking to nearby destinations or using ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft. 
  • Metered Parking: Available near Collins Ave via ParkMobile App. 
  • Important Notice: Be cautious of TOW-AWAY ZONE signs and private parking areas. Cars parked in unauthorized areas (such as yellow zones) will be ticketed or towed. Meters are enforced 24/7.
